I would highly recommend this shop. You don't find honest guys like this anymore! Robert and Rodney have worked on my car for years, and it is always top tier service. They always charge very reasonable and fair, and go over and beyond for their customers. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. You won't be disappointed if you go here. Thanks Robert and Rodney!

Good people, very nice employees. Only complaint is the exhaust job they did on my car. Came in to fix a leak and a rattle. They fixed the leak but didnt fix the rattle. Hated how they did it. Charged me alot of money for a exhaust im unable to remove (have to pull the motor, now i need to cut it out). I was hoping they just removed the stuck bolt and connected it back together, instead of cutting up the whole thing. Now to get it back to normal I have to replace both of my cats and the entire front exhaust. Extremely disappointed. A waste of 400 dollars.

I had a great experience at this muffler shop when I brought in my 1990 Toyota pickup to have the muffler replaced. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue, walked me through the replacement process, and gave me a fair price upfront with no surprises. The work was done quickly and the truck sounds great now—much quieter and running smoothly. It’s always a relief to find a shop that’s honest, efficient, and treats customers with respect. The customer service really stood out, and I felt like they genuinely cared about doing a good job. If you need muffler or exhaust work, I’d definitely recommend this shop. I’ll be coming back for any future exhaust needs!

I brought my car to Canton Road Muffler & Automotive after getting an appalling quote from another shop, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up the same day, which was a huge plus. The team called as soon as it was ready, explained what was going on with my vehicle, and as a great surprise, they also handled my emissions testing and passed it for me. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and honest, and the pricing was fair with no pressure or surprises. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, but Canton Road Muffler & Automotive truly restored my faith in mechanics. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair and emissions testing in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop and Mr. Robert. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional. They communicated clearly every step of the way, explained what was needed (and what wasn’t), and never made me feel pressured. Pricing was more than fair and completely transparent, which is hard to find these days. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable mechanic who values both quality work and customer trust, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
